Thank you and well done to everyone who supported our public participation call for the Animal Keeping Policy for The City of Cape Town. In total, SA.MAST received over 3000 submissions, including 900 from Khayelitsha residents. We will let you know when CoCT formally acknowledges the handover…

WE LIVE EAT BREATH STERILISATION

Despite unimaginable challenges, the SA.MAST Animal Clinic team has already achieved incredible sterilisation results for the 2021 year so far. Over 1200 patients have been sterilised, vaccinated and treated for internal and external parasites – this is all in addition to our clinic, hospital, rescue and outreach work. We are so very fortunate to have such a passionate, compassionate and committed team.

SAMAST

BUT OUR ANIMALS NEED YOUR HELP TOO.
HELP US TO HELP THEM.

The more animals we help the more supplies we use - this includes food, medication, surgical consumables, fuel for animal ambulances… the list goes on. We would be so grateful if you helped us to help more animals in need. While the work we do is often brutally hard – physically, emotionally and mentally - it becomes even harder when and for example, you have to choose between repairing one of the animal ambulances versus buying more vaccines to freely vaccinate as many puppies as possible and try stop a parvo outbreak.
