ROLLING BLACKOUTS
= NO STERILISATIONS!

Every Tuesday and Thursday we have up to 30 patients who have been collected the day before ready and waiting to be sterilised. For this to happen we need electricity!

The amount of time and resources that are utilised to get these patients to our clinic is considerable, so cancelling the sterilisation procedures is simply not practical or cost effective.

So what's the plan?

We have to buy a 7.5 KVA (7500 wa) generator. This generator will ensure that we continue to reach for the stars and the transformation of Khayelitsha.

In 2014, SA.MAST exceeded all expectations and targets with the sterilisation of
1870 patients. This year with your help, we intend to do it again!
